These terms apply to the use of this website and to booking discovery calls with Asalù Studio. Each photography session is also covered by its own written agreement, which prevails over these terms for that session.
Using this website
You may browse this website for your personal information and to contact us. Please do not misuse the forms, send automated requests, or try to access parts of the website that are not meant for the public.
Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free and without obligation. They last about 30 minutes, by phone or video, at the time you choose.
You can reschedule or cancel your call with the link in your confirmation email up to 12 hours before it starts. After that, please write to us. If we have to move or cancel a call, we will tell you as early as possible.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this website are in Canadian dollars and describe our standard sessions. They can change without notice, but the price confirmed in your session agreement or quote is the one that applies.

Photo sessions
Deposits, payment, cancellation and rescheduling of a session, delivery times, and the number of edits included are set out in the session agreement.

Photos and copyright
All photos and content on this website belong to Asalù Studio or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or edit them without written permission.
Clients receive a licence to use their photos as described in their session agreement. [CONFIRM WITH OWNER: personal vs commercial use, credit requirements, and whether you may show client photos in your portfolio, with their consent]
Liability
We do our best to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by using it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Québec Consumer Protection Act or other laws that cannot be waived.
Links to other websites
Links to other websites, such as social networks or video-call services, are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Language
